I’m at the most tedious part of the animation process right now (shading and colors) so I tried to make the shading more creative and complex in some shots to make doing it a little more fun. Now it’s tedious AND it takes a long time!

To follow up on that; as much as I want strict gun control, I love guns. Ridiculous shootouts are my second-favorite action movie trope (my favorite is the prevalence of hilariously reckless car chases). I spend a lot of time just looking at and admiring different models. I would never fire one at another person, obviously, but it would be badass to just have some sitting on a wall.

While gun control is at the forefront of political discourse, I’m reminded of the Flash file sitting on one of my hard drives which has a bunch of drawings of AR-15s and Glock 17s. They were used in the original, radically different opening scene for The Twin Souls Part 1. I’ll see if I can find them.

@tiff nah, they should keep doing it, Florida politicians have terrible job security so if the GOP keeps downplaying the shooting they're just gonna lose a bunch of their seats in the state legislature
