Finally watched Star Trek Beyond. It was less disappointing than the other two Abrams-verse films. People give flak to Discovery but I think that Discovery is FAR better than that crap.

I finished season 2 of Stranger Things. It's certainly an improvement on the first - there's much more breathing room so the show can actually take the necessary time to say what it wants to say
