@derpy Prince rented rights to use his name to an advertiser in Japan. Then, he had people refer to him as the artist formerly known as Prince and insisted that his new name was the Ank symbol. Nobody cares. His contract lapsed. He got his old name back. His dad's music was the best thing that he ever did. He was too old to be the dashing young buck, anymore. Nobody wanted to talk about it, then. Now, what Prince? Anyway, there was discussion at length many moons ago on here, and even the burliest of brony were dubbed princess after we figured out that girl bronies are bronies, too, after we figured out that there could be, at least in theory, girls on the internet.

@communistprime Oh. Obama's "Yes We Can" campaign resulted in an image on /b/ of two-tone Twilight Sparkle with the caption, "Read." It seemed to be apropos, as did the hip-hop, "Read a book... Read a book... Read a muffin cooking book..." Only later did it occur to me that we wouldn't be allowed to encourage everypony to "Ride a bus... Ride a bus..." as our oil industry may have to strong of a hold on our babies brains, so to start with, we should encourage people to abandon organized institution of religion and education and global war by telling little boys that wrestling with boys and playing with their balls is less productive for the nation as a whole and that they should play with ponies, instead.

@derpy I do it all for you, Princess! If you don't understand them, how could you tell them what they need to understand? Many people seem to have difficulty understanding you, sometimes, but you obviously know well what you are doing. Most people are insensitive to your special needs as a single parent and non-traditional student, but you still get along just fine and are adored by all. I have a similar sort of system which is similarly distrusted by modern, "civilized" people at first glance, so I can see where you are coming from. As I am unable to fly, it would seem more fitting for you to just throw stuff out there, and I will push around the stuff down here on the surface. You have moxxy. Don't ever let them take that away from you.

@rapidash 451 is the temperature at which books burn. The protagonist is a professional fireman. His job is to go around and extinguish all of the flame-wars by burning whole libraries in a systematic and safe fashion. It is a terrible book and should be banned. Point of note: Paper actually burns at 451 degrees Celsius. 100C is 212F. 0C is 32F. 451 times 1.8 plus 32 is 843.8 degrees of Fahrenheit. It would seem that either the author was stupid, or he is a troll.

@mrn4rmn4rm K. Clockwork Orange was a good movie for its era. There is supposed to be a modern remake with a different name and a bald boxer with a handlebar mustache on the poster? It is all vulgarity and South Park. The clockwork puppets were in the modern rip-off of the magical world of the Wizard of Oz, the broadway-style musical, the book... Wicked? Maybe it is Wicked. Cool tee-shirts and posters and fan-clubs and all. It was like original Star Trek for a while. Wicked is wicked. I would prefer that to the failed attempts at wickedness on /b/ and in the Clockwork Orange. There was not a car chase in the Clockwork Orange. That whole little wad of insolence of mine was making reference to what really happened in California when OJ Simpson met Bill Clinton.

@starshine BTW You were right about the tripcode being easy to figure with the Wikipedia article. I was unable to read at that time for some reason. The problem is getting lost in navigating the tripcodes.

My only digital camera is a Canon Powershot A530, it's only got 5.1MP, but it can take some good pictures, observe; http://www.doctormowinckel.com/pictures/tyrol_dog_tags.jpg However, my go-to cameras are my Minolta X-700, and Minolta X-370. @dezzierose Thank you. I will learn more about that, now. I had gotten hung up with wanting to know and not wanting to become too enthralled. I guess that Portal and/or Portal II are kind of cool like Doom and Castle Wolfenstein and all? I know that all of those video can't be lumped in with the purveyors of the myth that fantasy is fun and wasting time watching television is more than just wasting time watching television. They are always male as far as at the same time being "fixed" at birth so as to not compete for the affection of princesses. Zebras are a sort of a donkey. Foxes are like cats. Raccoons are like pigs. Possums are Canadian kangaroos. Zebras don't spend much time with ponies, but they each have to be careful that the alligators and crocodiles eat lions and tigers and bears and yellow jackets and wasps, oh my. Baby ponies are presented to their educational system before being left on the stoop of their drunkard parents for five years to see if they are even worth learning anything. Knowledge comes from that moment between when the piano falls toward you from outer-space and something inside tells you to stop and smell the flowers. If the blank-flanks didn't know what they are doing, how do they go on to do what they do?

@pinhooves Do... Do see Doctor Who. It has been around for longer than Tracy Ulman. I only got to see the fifth and the first half of the sixth and final season and the 11th Doctor (?), but I look forward to going back and seeing what the kind freak with the scarf and the Jelly Bellies was doing back when my folks were thinking about having a kid rather than the revolution of the sixties or whatever.
