@vriska @awl exactly. if someone made that claim towards me, i would either dox my actual self to some trustworthy reputable members of the community, take a timestamped picture of something proving this identity is real, or anything along those lines. then again, a claim against me would also not have the dozens of pieces of proof the claim against hope has. i would have no reason to bother defending myself.

@awl it wasn’t, like, super obscene or anything, she just made a few comments that really rubbed me the wrong way and wouldn’t back off when I told her I was a minor so I never joined a video call with that group again after that. Oddly, I had totally forgotten about it until now.

I wish to take the time to say that I like @maiyannah a good bit, although our circles don't cross often. We had in fact one or two talks but I enjoyed them as I don't talk to other vets much, and yeah I consider her a vet. What she's going through... don't want to imagine and I wish I could help. Sorry I can't. But I think you'll persevere.

@awl slight headache. Id assume i replenish blood fast enough, including since I do try to slow it for a while. A i have lots to spare. The kicker is i have a sore throat and possible ear infection coming on too. If one was to die, this would be it. After a few failed er visits. I may, "may", have solved my problem. If i wake up without blood then it would most likely be good. *knocks on wood*

Well school is finally dwindling down, at least the portion of it where lessons are crammed in between the supposed actual classes. Less than a month to go before my exams, and I guess towards summer I’ll be out. Haven’t a clue where I’m gonna go for a job and haven’t hear anything from placement.

Would like to see a study about the differences in dating in rural areas compared to big cities. places where you can't just call a cab or uber

@moonman well if we’re talking really rural like small town i imagine the dating scene to be a lot more intimate, as it’s more likely both people knew each other before going out and more people know of the two. Like if something goes wrong it gets out quicker, so maybe less likely for one of them to be a banana to the other.

Just had my first persimmon. It’s pretty neat; like the taste of a very mild pear but the texture of a not ripe peach. I like it. Certainly a branch out of last week’s tangerines

@delores here's the appleed up thing. people do this willingly, for fun. a lot of the kin people ive met arent even abuse victims (beyond the regular batcave that everyone deals with)
someone once described it to me as "I don't have my own personality so I'm just a fictional character now"
its because teens dont have any sense of self they go completely off the deep end -
