holy banana like 90% of the "upgraded" textures is SSE are just upscaled from the original game with no discernible difference, that's pathetic. game still /looks/ better, but I suppose that's definitely not from the textures

@rarity The colors are the biggest reason why I want to play it. I don't really care about texture quality or whatever, it's the lighting and color palette that makes a game for me.

@rarity I'm gonna try to get it working because I used to have this incredible ability to MacGyver games into working at a decent framerate but I'm not getting my hopes up. I don't have a dedicated GPU and that's my biggest problem.

@mrmattimation yeaaaah without a DGPU you're very likely not going to be able to run it without using those mods that lower the texture so much, it'd be pretty much pointless to play SE over the original
