-
@scribus The Rocko special was cute and funny and more or less exactly like how the original show was but really i’m more excited about Zim.

@scribus Oh, yeah, I should still watch that movie.
-
@scribus Funny this conversation should be happening since we're two days away from celebrating the fifth anniversary of the incident in question

-
@scribus hey now, let’s be fair, he was VERY proud of the fact that he had the courage and self restraint to not actually diddle any kids
-
@scribus alright, that was awesome.
-
@scribus Both series have a similar theme and premise and they achieve almost the same mood, yet they are different and unique nonetheless.
-
@scribus about 70% insanity and 30% "Well my parents had no idea what they were doing, I can do better"
And yet everytime I look at those figures ( before submitting this dash ) I can hear Vaas's words reverb in my head and increment a certain number untill it exceeds, Idunno, how does 200 sound ?

@scribus I wanna say "Bathos" but that fits so well for the KKK only if it were fiction.
Also it would not really answer your question. -

-
@scribus Ah. Crazy Ozzy.

@scribus ... No ? Because I am pretty sure that everyone, even if they do not see eye to eye on the definition, that the situation is quite Potato Knishesty and thus undesirable.
I was mostly talking bout some IRL thing just now. "Name a movie or series that despite having a Mary Sue were good" 'Ehmm, ohkay, Star Trek The Next Generation, mostly the episodes without Wesley' and then we got into a load of BS regarding how words can only mean what is in the dictionary because Wesley is not a woman. Then we fell down the rabbit hole of what it means to make a new word or where slang comes from, whether it is legitimized as soon as it is on UD or some form thereof. Which led to whose definition we use. Pluto was mentioned, drifted off into whether we should or should not use caution around the Cancer word and whether that would be objectively or subjectively a good thing.
And at the end I hear the words "Well... I disagree with virtually everything you said, but I do not think you are insane" o_0 -
@scribus not unless you're in san francisco in the 80s
-
@scribus a possum has the concentrated power of two kitsunes
-
@scribus at least back then “read my lips: no new taxes” was a career ender
-
@scribus respect
-
@scribus given the amount of celebrity guests they had on the latter show, wouldn’t it just be Will Arnett playing more or less a PG version of the same character? Just some guy who’s always sad or something like that and then he learns to not be sad with friendship.
-
@scribus i hope you kicked the kid's ass
-
@scribus yeah i think i shouted goddammit at least once lol, we shared the session with a group of 5 rando tryhards which did not help

@scribus Typen while totally fubar
To quote someone and I am not sure if that made any sense but
"I do not think you can prove, even mathematically, that anything above the 13th dimension even exists, since the 12th dimension is effectively EVERYTHING"
Buuuuut, yeah, I think generally people just think that you can add D's to the chess and make it sound smarter for smarter people.
