@darkw00d Yeah, well... Again, it's important, but not life-endingly so. I had a friend who didn't graduate, ended up in the same job at the same place as me (with my AS, no less). Meanwhile, his brother got his GED or maybe "real" diploma, and he has a criminal record including jail time, two kids with two different women, and can't hold a job for a couple of months. Character means a hell of a lot more than paper.

@actualcannibalabigpony Nothing too serious. There was a portion of my leg with a bunch of pressure behind it, so I kept scratching at it. And it kinda skeeted. Got some on my nose. And after a few minutes of the stuff gushing out, it just stopped. So I got a paper towel and cleaned it away.

Luna Eclipsed: Luna in the Applebob thingy. Not quite slapstick, but it is a visual joke dependent on subverting typical physics. Royal Wedding Gatling Gun Twilight: Yep, this counts. It's visual, it takes front stage, and it is the joke. '<General> Not A Morning Pony - Nightmare_Moon says, "Team bugpony blasting off agaaaaaiiiin *ding*"' Questionmark? I sorta don't count it, since it's not really funny at all, but it is kinda cartoony.

Season 1 had a taste of cartoony slapstick in say Appleflat in Applebuck Season, RainbowFaceplant in Griffon the Brushoff and Rainbow Crash in Bridle Gossip. Does anypony have examples of slapstick or cartoon physics in Season2? I'm not looking for ponyvpony like in Lesson Zero's ponypilesplosion or the wedding's combat scenes. I mean cases where the physical action is the joke.

@actualcannibalabigpony The more examples available to compare and contrwst, the more informed episode analysis we are able to make. My personal interest in Season 2 has swung more than a see-saw in a hurricane. I seek to understand and contrast what has been presented to understand both why my opion has shifted and to understand what elements I should seek in other shows if I want to be pleased.

Between the new advert and the Sugar Lick arcade machine in the new ad, we can infer Equestria's videogaming scene is roughly similar to 80s videogaming on our Earth. Consider Pac-Man's release date, and the difference between the arcade version and the Atari system ports. (Not limiting just to 2600. I don't think Pinkie's game can function in the line, spritecount, or color limits of an actual 2600. Not as certain on the specs of a 5200 or 7800. ...If you subscribe to Equestria having videogames not being a throwaway visual gag. I, personally, call 'em combos. Panel de Pony? Yes, please.
