#totw As the Princess of Friendship, Twilight Sparkle was in charge of staying in the castle and doing all the paperwork while Celestia and Luna went out and played. At least... she was. For the first few years she blindly dove into her work, never questioning why the other two princesses would leave for weeks at a time, returning with severe sunburn or covered in insect bites. That all changed on one spring morning. While working out the Day Guard snack budget, Twilight was interrupted by a deep coughing coming from her desk. looking down she saw a particularly large ant dressed in a dark cloak and sunglasses standing on the side of her inkwell. "Hello Twilight Sparkle." spoke the ant "I am Anochetus, leader of the remnants. The Guardian has spoken highly of you. Tell me... What do you know of the world?" Twilight smiled "Why Mr Ant, I know a lot about the world. I know about Magic, Friendship, and the ideal snack to guard ratio for maximum productivity!" (to be continued)

@mushi of course there is the problem of finding yourself with a lot of time and no bed. My solution; stand in a corridor and close your eyes. visualize a bed in front of you, take a few steps back and then make a running jump onto the bed you visualized. if it works you will wake up in a bed.

'It's tasty, and you did help to fertilize the flowers. If anything, I should be the one repaying you for fertilizing them.' Rainbow backed up as Fluttershy's proboscis swelled to it's full length. 'I know, how about I fertilize you..."

No new #totw? Oh well, I'll just have another go at this one. Derpy Hooves' cutie mark does not actually refer to a special talent, but actually symbolizes her status as the heir to the throne of the Bubble Kingdom. The kingdom no longer exists, having been destroyed by King Sombra over a thousand years ago. Sombra had no intention of killing them all, preferring to enslave ponies instead. However he failed to consider that sharp, pointy crystals and bubble ponies are a bad combination. Derpy also inherited the bubble pony eyes, known for their tendency to drift around aimlessly and then pop later in life.
