although Twitch is not using windows 8 yet... so there is a slight chance Twitch could be wrong, but not likely.... Whale Biologist!!

@zeldatra just Googled it... Microsoft is still including it, you just have to use the Run command or go searching... Windows Key+R, type mspaint
