@blots You also have to remember that Ponyville is quite the small settlement and ponies will always be friendlier than humans. Also, TS is purple; papayases love purple.

@blots and then, some of those who wear the shirts ironically will end up watching the show. Also, mainstreaming will result in fewer weird looks from people. I'm not a fan of Hot Topic but I can't really see the harm in it, and really they probably are the most likely place to pick up on the whole brony thing.
