                          • Man. I gave in and paid a little premium to get isopropanol. Could be worse (just 50% more than I had paid in the past). I got a finger nail polish remover but it is just 99.9% isopropanol. Also I have additionally those fluid dispensers. For some reason the bottle with the dispenser was cheaper than the one without.

                            • I wanted to buy a bottle of isopropanol (IPA) but the prices have tripled. Or I cannot buy the cheaper stuff anymore. It wasn't consistently cheap before however I cannot find the cheap kind anywhere. I wanted an additional bottle for my resin 3D printed objects as an replacement run out of it. To my detriment IPA is also used as disinfectant. I've bought mine for 8€ with shipping. The same seller has a bottle for 21€ now. I could use normal ethanol to wash the objects but it isn't as effective.

                                      • Nothing amuses me more in a sudden shocking way like a wet paper towel shredded by a tiny CNC router. I was engraving mug coasters made of slate stone. During the process I wanted to wipe off the cut material that piled up. I came a little bit too close to the cutting bit and it grabbed the paper towel and shredded it to pieces and flung them all over the place. Luckily I put some plastic walls around the CNC for EXACTLY this case.
