@bronymike !vancouverbronies Yes, I have a tripod. But if it rains, my raincover for my backpack can't fit the tripod. In that case, I'll hand hold it outside and attach it to the backpack inside.

!bcbronies @bronymike, yay i can join you guys at the expo, got it off. TO EVERYONE! I will be at Georgia and Homer intersection at the library outside from 230 to 330. Orange Hoody, Purple Shirt. It is a brony shirt and probably be surrounded by bronies from the expo. Will be hard to miss. Anyone from facebook, post this ar too busy to do it myself.

So far, weather forecasts seem to concur that Saturday will be the nicest day of the weekend, as well as DRY. But, this is Vancouver, and our local weather pegasi change their minds on a whim...

@bronymike !bcbronies The VFE is taking place in the East (old) convention center, and I don't think there are many good places just outside. However, there is Waterfront Centre where there is a food court with a Tim Horton's and McDonald's (and lots of other things) that we could congregate (and caffeinate) in while waiting.

@bronymike !vancouverbronies I've got a camera and tripod I can bring. How do we go about telling people or asking if they're OK with being recorded? Just announce it at the beginning? Perhaps we could have a section of seats that won't be in view in case some people don't want to be seen in the video. @jackzhang How is your camera in low light? The room will likely be quite dark. I don't think the size of the camera will be too much of a problem.

@bronymike The warning is just for the professionalness of the camera. Some people could think that media are attending the event, when it's just I own a very professional camera.

@fang8989 !bcbronies:ugh, I had no idea what this action would lead too. XD. @bronymike: Can I get your help on Sat for an event? Just to headcount and take money at the door. Save the seats for the staff that have contact with you and that is it. I will give those seats away at 3:45 if they don't show up. again, I am really sorry, this is the worst feeling and I'm not at the event yet. XD. On Facebook, they are planning a smaller screening on laptops for the people that can't make it in but want to hang for afterwards. I'm not forcing anyone to stay in the room for the full four hours(I have to be the last one to leave) so feel free to go whenever.

@bronymike !bcbronies I'm working till 8 so I won't be able to call, call thier office before 5, just say your with the vancouver brony group and asked how concerend they are if we go over, if they are upset, ask them if the other room is avalable for expansion, get back to me with the awnser and we go from there, their number is 604-331-3823
