Everyone let me know if there's anything I neglected to mention or anything that should be edited. @seanprice Sorry. We're busy planning the finale meetup. You can roll with my crew at Fan Expo, I'll figure out a meeting place for when they open the gates. Swag. @thunderdash We don't know the current number, though people were only supposed to sign up on the poll if they were absolutely coming. I know that's a load of crap and idiots are going to sign up on it either way, but we'll probably get some tag-alongs from the Expo so it balances out. DO NOT invite more people. I am very sorry about this. The document was just to get a gauge for how many people are coming and signing up on there DOES NOT GUARANTEE ANYONE A SPOT.

!bcbronies Alright, we just got a few more people added to the list, and I'm becoming concerned for the capacity. There are some other people who work on the show who got wind of the meetup and are hoping to attend. @thepuzzldpirate Would you be able to expand? I'm sorry for not doing this before Saturday, and if you can think of a way for me to get you the extra money needed to rent the other room, I'll gladly pay the difference. I figure when we're taking the $5 at the door, we'll make sure you get paid off first, and then I'll bear the risk of not earning back my part. Got any ideas?

The only problem is my Monday show deliveries are unpredictable and sometimes I find the weekends get backed up with work overflow. However I'll certainly do my best to attend and will give you an update later in the week if I think there will be a problem. I appreciate you keeping it as "special guest" and not making too much of a big deal. Hasbro is pretty precious about public appearances and I'd rather keep it on the down low."

!bcbronies Just a reminder to everyone, I believe that since this is less than a week away, we are now locked into our 60-person-capacity room with the finale meetup plan outlined at http://mlpf.im/BcFinale. Now we've just got during-the-con meetups to plan, as well as snacks and the like. @thepuzzldpirate, what's the protocol in case we suddenly get like 120 people with us the day-of and they're all paying? Is there still any possibility of short-notice expansion?

!bcbronies @thunderdash ...It's on the same weekend as it? The finale's on the 21st, as is the first day of the convention. A lot of us are going to the convention and we're gonna walk from there to the meetup at the library. Your choice. @armadillo Not sure. Have you asked their group? They'd probably have a better idea what subgroups might exist. @thepuzzldpirate Indeed. The meetup's all ages, so make sure any refreshments are too. For our drinkers, I think someone's planning a drinking game meetup after the con's done for the day. So, this is somewhere at the big coliseum library, right? And you know exactly where the room is? Also, finally, I'm making a simple-to-link GDoc where we'll put the meetup details. http://mlpf.im/BcFinale If anyone here's doing any planning regarding meetups that weekend, lemme know your email address and I can add you. I've got school projects still and won't be able to work on it much.

@tjdetweiler !bcbronies Lots of people don't like Facebook. One reason I specifically don't like Facebook for planning this stuff is that there are a LOT of subtle/secret/private bronies, and when planning on FB, either everything's too public and we'll scare off the shy people or everything's too private and we won't be discovered by external newcomers. This is an internally-contained place where people can plan brony stuff. Feel free to make a group if you want and link it in here a few times, but I'd like this to remain the main source for meetups and planning, or at the very least I'd like all plans for such to be mentioned on here.

@phunkymat !bcbronies Well, we've got a pretty big meetup happening during the con that looks like it'll take about 1-1.5 hours out of the actual con time, but I'm kinda hoping to get a posse together to hang out with. Nothing's specifically planned yet though, but I'm already showing someone around for their first ever con, I don't mind someone else.

@fisherpon !bcbronies When we have it all planned. The Fan Expo schedule just got released, and we're in talks with our potential guest about his best time. We know it's at a conference room at the library, though, and at this rate it looks like we'll be sticking with the max capacity of 60 people. @thepuzzldpirate It's lookin' like that's our safest bet. Most of us are probably not going to use the room for the whole time, but I guess the people who aren't going to the Expo might be able to hang out in it until the rental's done.
