@colfax I know what you mean there too. I had all my stuff stolen by another dude when I was at the Nashville shelter, so I don't trust them anymore. I trust behind the liquor store more.

@colfax Permanently, I don't either. I've been going back and forth between friends houses and the street for two years now. And the guy I'm staying with at the moment is gonna kick me out any day now, since I don't have any income he's fed up with me being here.

@colfax and no one in their righ mind can blame you for feeling like that. I cant tell you when things will look out better, or indeed if. But neither will you know unless you keep on. If there is a remote chance an action has a positive effect then do it. All that kept me alive in those months i was homeless was not a positive outlook mind you but the urge to never back down or shy away. To survive, at all costs.

@colfax Oh that doesn't sound sad at all as I've had that feeling once or twice already, albeit different circumstances. Im glad to hear at least we can do something to your benefit, no matter what.

@colfax Oh that just figures. Sounds like the odds are not in your favour but I seriously hope they can turn around for you, at least just once, at least in this. You're in a real papaya situation which I'm sure I don't have to remind you of, but if it helps, we are here and we care. Yeah, sounds cheesy but it's true.

@colfax Yeah I was just thinking maybe pro-bono, which I'm sure you could find, although such scheisters. Who knows, it may work out. I'm not sure how civil disputes usually go, whether they become one-sided or not; depends on the case. To me, her actions sound completely un-warranted so you could have a good case, but I'm no lawyer.

@colfax I don't suppose you can get a public defender? I'm not sure if you can obtain one for a civil dispute, which is what this sounds like.
