    5. @ponydude2143 It would depend on the kind of picture they're planning to draw. For flat-shaded stuff, yeah, just use Flash or something.

    6. @ponydude2143 On a related note, you can actually expect GIMP paths to SVG to produce vector linework. I honestly find that easier to deal with than the way Inkscape is as of current. And Flash doesn't have a Linux version yet, far as I know.
