@pawnheart Had a pretty rough night, if I'm fair about it (read some of my previous notices if you're curious) but a Lemsip came to my rescue some time this morning. (Never knew we had any, or how effective it was)

@leonkfox Oh, sorry to hear that... so the cold lingers? did the lemsip give you some respite?

@pawnheart I actually think my cold ended up becoming an ear infection, caused me quite a bit of pain (have had FAR more painful ear infections though, my first one in early 2006 made my ears feel like they were going to explode, like a blocked pipe) but the main irritant was the fact it amplified my normally bearable tinnitus like crazy, but the Lemsip helped a lot. I was able to get some sleep afterwards, even if not until 9am or so.

@leonkfox Thats a shame... sounds like its passing though? Have you got any antibiotics for it?

@pawnheart Not as of yet, mum says my body may still fight against it ,but if I'm no better by Monday she said to call our doctor, which is what I'm probably going to do if the need arises.

@leonkfox Well, she probably has a point... but I hope it doesn't hang around for you much longer. Sounds like a pretty muggy experience.

@pawnheart It is. But I have Lemsips to help me retain my sanity between now and Monday, should things not improve and I do have to call a doctor.
