                  1. @mrdragon It sure was! Me and my friends where sitting in school, recording some sounds for a stop-motion movie we're making (it's the most horrible stop-motion movie I've ever seen, but the soundtrack makes it awesome), when suddenly our class mentor or whatever barges in and she's like "Hey! Do you boys want to help me take care of some animals?" And we were like "Hell yeah!" And then we got to bathe a tortoise and count snakes and scorpions and look at frogs. It was very random, and very awesome! :D

Wednesday, 19-Oct-11 16:35:38 UTC from web
                    1. @flaxx Taking care of insects and reptiles sounds very icky.

                          1. @zennx Yeah, we told her when we left that if she ever wanted help again, she could come ask us, and that we never do anything intelligent anyway. XD She seemed to think it was a good idea.

Wednesday, 19-Oct-11 16:44:10 UTC from web
            3. @flaxx Bathing aquatic creatures sounds redundant, cool, but redundant

Wednesday, 19-Oct-11 16:11:30 UTC from StatusNet Desktop
              1. @zennx Well, it was kinda one of those desert-living tortoises, so it didn't live in water all the time. I'm not a pro at animals, I just did what I was told. :P

Wednesday, 19-Oct-11 16:30:47 UTC from web

              1. @jinny It was! I had !bacon and pancakes! :D Oh, and we never actually touched the animals (except for the tortoise), so it wasn't icky at all. It was only fun. :P Also, I wish I had a snake.

Wednesday, 19-Oct-11 16:38:56 UTC from web
                1. @flaxx Sounds like a delightful breakfa...dinner. ^^ Still being around those icky things, is just icky. xD

                    1. @zennx Bugs and Reptiles are quite icky. ;)

Wednesday, 19-Oct-11 16:43:03 UTC from web
                      1. @jinny ok fisrt of all Scorpions are not bugs, they are arachnids, second I love bugs (exept flies and mosquitoes) and reptiles, my twin sister has a gekko, and he's pretty cool

Wednesday, 19-Oct-11 16:48:12 UTC from StatusNet Desktop
                        1. @zennx Arachnids, bugs, they're all icky. xD The only kind of bugs I like are deep fried on my dinner plate.

Wednesday, 19-Oct-11 16:49:20 UTC from web
                          1. @jinny wait what?

Wednesday, 19-Oct-11 16:49:58 UTC from StatusNet Desktop
                            1. @zennx Yeah I occasionally partake in the devouring of insects. ;)

Wednesday, 19-Oct-11 16:51:05 UTC from web
                              1. @jinny can you be more specific?

Wednesday, 19-Oct-11 16:53:33 UTC from StatusNet Desktop
                                1. @zennx I dunno how more specific I can be.

Wednesday, 19-Oct-11 16:54:33 UTC from web
                                  1. @jinny type of bugs

Wednesday, 19-Oct-11 16:57:09 UTC from StatusNet Desktop
                  2. @jinny You don't like animals? :/

Wednesday, 19-Oct-11 16:44:22 UTC from web
                    1. @flaxx I like animals, just not icky creepy crawly animals.

Wednesday, 19-Oct-11 16:45:04 UTC from web
                      1. @jinny Ah. I can agree with you at some points. For example, I have a pretty severe arachnophobia, though I don't have a huge problem with scorpions. As long as I don't have to touch them, I'm good. I absolutely love reptiles, though!

Wednesday, 19-Oct-11 16:49:00 UTC from web
                        1. @flaxx Aww...poor thing. I don't have arachnophobia. I just crunch them. xD

Wednesday, 19-Oct-11 16:50:32 UTC from web
                          1. @jinny If I see a spider, I pretty much just run the other way and get someone to get rid of it. Unless they're really really really tiny. But if they're more than a centimeter big or something, I go the other direction.

Wednesday, 19-Oct-11 16:54:17 UTC from web
                            1. @flaxx Ah man, you just gotta step, step, crunch. Step on that old spider. Then go get yourself a nice cider.

Wednesday, 19-Oct-11 16:55:14 UTC from web
                              1. @jinny then the decrease in spider population gets countered by a rapid increase in flying bug population, and those anoy the hell out of me

Wednesday, 19-Oct-11 16:56:49 UTC from StatusNet Desktop
                                1. @zennx Just buy some cute and cuddly Venus' fly traps. ^^

Wednesday, 19-Oct-11 16:57:14 UTC from web
                                  1. @jinny I have a pet rabit and he eats venus' fly traps

Wednesday, 19-Oct-11 16:58:28 UTC from StatusNet Desktop
                                    1. @zennx Aww...you have a bunny. :3

Wednesday, 19-Oct-11 16:59:28 UTC from web
                              2. @jinny I'd still have to clean it up if I stepped on it. Oh, and I'm speaking about spiders I encounter inside; if I see one outside I simply avoid it and keep walking. (Thank Celestia for the Scandinavian climate, no huge spiders here)

Wednesday, 19-Oct-11 17:01:52 UTC from web
                                1. @flaxx Yes, we have Black widows, Brown Recluses, and Wolf Spiders around these parts. ^^

Wednesday, 19-Oct-11 17:02:53 UTC from web
                                  1. @jinny We only get small ones, which I'm very happy for.

Wednesday, 19-Oct-11 17:05:23 UTC from web
                                    1. @flaxx Yes, that's fortunate for you. ^^ Come visit here and I'll show you the best places for Rattlers.

Wednesday, 19-Oct-11 17:06:21 UTC from web
                                      1. @jinny No thanks, I prefer snakes that can't really kill me.

Wednesday, 19-Oct-11 17:09:00 UTC from web
                                        1. @flaxx Well you can always kill it and take its rattle.

Wednesday, 19-Oct-11 17:09:18 UTC from web
                                          1. @jinny What if I don't want to kill a rattlesnake? And alright, if you say so.

Wednesday, 19-Oct-11 17:13:04 UTC from web
                        2. @flaxx if that is the case I advise you to get a small lizard as a pet, they eat spiders

Wednesday, 19-Oct-11 16:55:13 UTC from StatusNet Desktop
                          1. @zennx Yeah, perhaps I should. I do think I'd prefer a snake if I got some kind of reptile, though. :3

Wednesday, 19-Oct-11 17:00:44 UTC from web
                            1. @flaxx Eels they're where it's at.

                              1. @jinny Not a huge fan of eels.

Wednesday, 19-Oct-11 17:04:09 UTC from web
                                1. @flaxx Mmm...Eels are so delicious. Easy to cook, but a pain to eat. ^^

                                    1. @flaxx They taste like long fish. :3

Wednesday, 19-Oct-11 17:08:40 UTC from web
                                      1. @jinny I'm not sure how "long" tastes. :P

Wednesday, 19-Oct-11 17:09:55 UTC from web
                            2. @flaxx they don't eat spiders, and you can't pick them up for periods of 2 weeks at a time

Wednesday, 19-Oct-11 17:03:08 UTC from StatusNet Desktop
                              1. @zennx If you say so. I'm not an expert on reptiles, I'm just saying I think snakes are cooler than lizards. And the eating spiders thing isn't really that big a deal. I don't encounter many spiders around here.

Wednesday, 19-Oct-11 17:06:24 UTC from web
