@yodelerty if you have the right setup (I have it down to an art lol), you can EV train a Pokemon in under an hour (not counting leveling up for moves or evolution)

@yodelerty I don't bother with IVs beyond making sure that they're above average overall (or better, depending on what the evaluator says). Too much work for too little payoff. I do however breed for moves and natures
