So... Yeah. New monitor. It'd be on a new computer, except I haven't received my RAM or wireless card yet. Attached to my netbook? Well. . . Yeah. That's my netbook down there on the bottom. !techponies http://2tu.us/3n8s

@scribus Ubuntu? Nice. I prefer Mint myself.

@eaglehooves Eh, it works no-problems on my netbook, and after my main laptop's momboard fried I just needed something quickly and easily. Thinking I'll do Arch on my new desktop, though.
-
@scribus I've been meaning to try that and Debian. I 'borrowed' a second HDD (That laptop was fried anyways) so I could try a bunch of distros w/o accidentally messing up my copy of Windows.
-
@eaglehooves heh My new desktop will be using my dead laptop's HDD (along with a new SSD for the OS).
-
@scribus My roommate has Ubuntu on a SSD. Worked like a dream till Dropbox burned out a sector.
-
@eaglehooves Yikes. >.< Actually, now that I think about it, my netbook is an 8 GB SSD, it's been groovy all along. Not a lot of Dropbox experience, though. . .
