@h0rs3c4ndl3 Both users need to be subscribed to one another. Something of a spam-prevention measure, I suppose, but it does cause a sort of hassle for trying to bring things up with mods/admins while not filling the timeline with drama. But anyway, yeah, the option comes up when there's mutual followship.
