Guys what is Homestuck I'm afraid I don't understand. ._.

@yodelerty It is magical happy fun times.
-
@bitshift makes it sound good, @macpony55 makes it sound like it wouldn't be worth my time to read, @minti makes it sound kind of boring, and @eaglehooves makes it sound like something for hipsters. I DON'T KNOW WHO TO BELIEVE. D:

@yodelerty Wow you translated my comment perfectly, but yeah, I would only recommend it if you have a big hole in your schedule that you need to fill, never read it but I know it's long and once your hooked your hooked, but luckily you and I aren't, so the choice still remains ours

@macpony55 Then I choose not to read it because I only read things that have a good hook and Homestuck, sadly, does not.

@yodelerty Well that solves that

@yodelerty It is all of those, depending on how you take it. It's most definitely not to everyone's tastes. And the first (and thankfully shortest) act is honestly pretty bananasty until you get the later context necessary to extract the gems from it.
-
@bitshift Sounds like a chore (no offense to your literary tastes, of course). :|

@yodelerty Eh, it's pretty great once it gets going (and despite the impression it seems you got from @macpony55's reply, it definitely has a hook), but the trouble is that act 1 wasn't, but still provides context necessary to actually have any idea what's going on. Give it a try, at least, if you have the free time to do a catch-up.
-
@bitshift I'll have the free time in a few days when I finish my last exam, but I'll probably use that to actually practice my bass for once. And game.

@yodelerty Fair do's. I don't wanna end up rambling, so I'll shut up about Homestuck for now once I've finished this dash, but I equally don't want someone to miss out on reading something that I genuinely enjoy, for no other reason than that I made it sound kinda bad.
-
@bitshift Don't worry. I probably'll give it a try but I have never found a webcomic I actually enjoy, if only because I don't have the attention span to read things for great periods of time.

@yodelerty Well honestly, the only other web comic I like is XKCD. So that should be saying something.

@minti Speaking of KDE . . . Yea, I got those two mixed up once, long ago. . . butidigress

@twispark >KDE >XKCD ... How are those even related? XD

@minti Too bad I don't even like that. Like, I've tried to like countless webcomics, and I like them initially, but they always lose their lustre after a while. I'm a very hard person to please, apparently. :/

@yodelerty A comic about 4 kids who play a game. That's the simplest answer I can give you.

@yodelerty If you have to ask, you're not going to get it.

@yodelerty a webcomic-thing that is popular. I don't know anything at all beyond that.

@yodelerty me neither...
