If i organize a meet up next weekend any pony have any siggestion on how to do this and what to do?

@dudeinboots Don't do it in one weekend, think of a meeting as a b-day party, but with WAY more people, so I suggest you get a to-do list b4 you set the date

@dudeinboots make it diverse, MLP is mostly a niche thing, but we have niches with niches, there's the fan-fic writers/readers, the cosplayers, the musicians, the artists, the cloppers, the ones that like spike for some reason... you have to find a way to make every one of those kinds of bronies to be interested, and that will most likely take more than one week to organise

@dudeinboots increase the area of apeal, then advertise it a bit here and other places, other bronies from the surrounding areas may hear about it and join in on the fun

@dudeinboots all you need is a mic the lyrics(google is your friend) and the melody-only version of the songs (youtube is your friend too), so no need for a machine; a good meeting place is also important for the rendezvous point, it needs to be of easy acess

@dudeinboots a large park or public garden / monument is usualy the easyest to use, oh and remember to make a backup plan in case one of the planed activities can't happen due to weather or malfuction or something unexpected

@dudeinboots pretty sure the'd change it if you are of enough number, also everyone loves pizza, even the ones with restricted diets (heck even I like Veggie Pizza), so that's a 100% win

@dudeinboots no Idea, just remember the more people that confirm their presence b4hand the less money per head you'll have to take for group activities such as karaoke
