      @dawnlight dont let affected skin become colder than your body temperature, dont let it get soggy wet, and a gentle calm easing massage... and you might get rid of this mark 48 hours sooner than if you were to do nothing at all with it. ( that is a bruise right ? I mean your camera isnt really that good :o ) oh, and dont believe anti bruizing ointments... thats a piece of crap unless if youre older than 80 :D

         @critialcloudkicker :: It is a bruise indeed. Well - two bruises I reckon. The big red blotch I am hypothesising to be just a burst capillary or there abouts. Thankfully it looks infinitely worse than it feels. The long line that stretches up from my elbow is the really painful part ;_; Both caused by being jabbed mercilessly with a needle for a blood test.

            @dawnlight HAH, I reckon it hurts slightly more than your other arm on the same spot ( which is perfectly fine I assume ). got any idea howmuch blood they took doh ?

               @critialcloudkicker :: They took 3 samples in little test-tubey things - so maybe 150ml? ::: @delc17 :: Toxicology I reckon
