Ahh well... time to reset my ipod touch to factory settings again because its derped.... I have 2 albums on it that just WONT be deleted... no matter whether or not I untick them in itunes

@purplephish20 I use a Nokia Lumia (Their windows phone). I am quite militant about my love for it. The only real way to decide for yourself is to go to a store and play with one handset from each OS> People are always agressive about the OS that's right for them without thinking about what might be best for someone else.

@ceruleanspark Phone wise i'll be keeping mine until I physically cannot use it anymore, as in it completely blows up. My concern is what to do when my ipod touch battery expires, should I get a new ipod touch? Only with an assload more memory? Or something else?

@purplephish20 the newer iPod touches are always a pretty linear improvement over the previous generation, so if you like your existing one, you'll probably like a newer one just as much.

@purplephish20 The touch is pretty much the best at what it does. If you want capacity or audio reproduction, you need to look elsewhere though.

@redenchilada @derpyshy I've never had an iphone, i have an ipod touch... phone wise i have an ancient sony ericson that cost about £25... the ipod touch has served me well, and since that last post i've found the root of my problem... it was with something being where it shouldnt have been in my itunes library

@purplephish20 For someone who can't draw, I very much prefer 2D cause you get one model, then make it do EVERYTHING you want. Rather than having to redraw every single frame of every single animation just for one character cause you wanna change his hat colour or something. xD

@minti Sprites have to look good at one angle. Models have to look good from every possible angle. Plus if you have a modular spriting system, you can make small changes easily.

@redenchilada Well in standard tile based RPG's there 12 frames, 3 frames of animation for each cardinal direction. Platformers usually have left and right (although I guess you can be lazy and make left and right just flipped.) plus jumping. So blah. xD
