@scribus I like how both seasons so far have given us an episode to have a controversy over. They both had similar numbers too. Wonder what season three's will be then? There's clearly been an escalation- season two's kicked up enough of a storm to prompt the scene to be edited and rereleased, while all we got from season one's was an acknowledgement that they'd messed up. Perhaps in season three, the entire episode will just be banned. And then in season four they'll ban the episode and fire people over it. And finally season five will be the last as the show will be taken off the air because of how controversial one of its episodes is.

@nerthos Because the botched moral kinda vaguely sounds like something you'd hear from religion and hey isn't christianity the most widely-known religion in the world omg they're actively promoting christianity on a children's show about cartoon ponies TO ARMS FELLOW COUNTRYMEN etc etc. The reality of it was simply that they screwed up the delivery at the end; the intended moral was actually a really good one. It was simply a writing SNAFU.
