@redenchilada Compared to my old ISP, this is horrible. We pay about the same price as we did with the old one and the download speed is 12 times worse.

@datpolishguy Uverse is pretty bad, yeah. Unfortunately for us, our only alternative seems to be Comcast.

@redenchilada I made a mistake, We don't pay the same amount. But for $25 with U-Verse you get 3Mbs and for $50 with XFinity/Comcast you get 50Mbs.

@redenchilada I never had problems with them. My mom did and thats why she switched. She said it was not providing the promised service meanwhile she was trying to connect through Wi-Fi across the house. If she let me I could have installed a ethernet cable to her computer and she would have had the same speeds as I did.

@datpolishguy I have the fastest service Comcast offers and I genuinely can't get any down speeds above 1Mbps, not even with an Ethernet.

@mrmattimation Hmmm, Odd. Maybe someone is your house is eating up all of the bandwidth. That and also from what I heard the speed depends on where you live.
