                @yodelerty I know for a fact that you can be clinically depressed and still like yourself for who you are as a human being. I have a pretty high opinion of myself and what I choose to do because f!@# everyone who disagrees, but I'm still depressed enough to "need meds", according to the doctors. The first step is just moving forward: accepting yourself for who you are...and what you have to offer. I feel like you haven't done that. I feel like you're punishing yourself for something that you feel you deserve.

Screw what anyone else thinks. You need to love yourself because, as long as you live, you will be looking at YOURSELF in the mirror. That is who you are...in this life. You might as well learn to respect it.

                      @clayinthecarpet I always care what others think of me, though. It doesn't mean I don't listen to what I think of me, though. What I think of me is just that I lack the qualities necessary to succeed in life. And I'm not going to accept myself if that's who I am.
