    1. @motherbucking I like your style, but you need better tools to do the job. The lines are too sloppy at times; they don't flow well. You need bolder, defined shapes and lines. But you have good ideas.

      1. @clayinthecarpet I see what you mean. I have the program "Autodesk Sketchbook" to work with, and I use the classic Wacom Bamboo. So, any recommendations on programs or specific things I could do?

        1. @motherbucking Well, I don't do much digital art, to be honest. I'm strictly traditional and just critiquing what I see. I know that Wacom tablets can give some awesome results, though...If you're using one for all these drawings you've posted in here tonight, I would suggest that you don't hesitate as much. Be free and flowing with your lines. Having an Undo button is pretty awesome. Try to get Photoshop if you can at some point...any version. That'll lend to some cool work, too.

          1. @clayinthecarpet Thank you! It's good to have some more experienced people giving me advice. I like digital because it'll make people go "Woah," but traditional is what I'm best at ^^

            1. @motherbucking I just Fave'd this one because I love the feelings you're trying to convey through it. A very nice piece, overall: http://ur1.ca/gd6ty

              1. @clayinthecarpet Ugh, THANK YOU!!! Feeling is what I try to push through when I create. In this one, I really tried to show how absent-minded Tia was being. And how much pain Luna was in- Seriously, thank you for taking all this time just to look at and critique my art!

        2. @motherbucking GIMP is a pretty good free program for (raster-based) drawing. It has an option for line smoothing that you might consider playing around with. Otherwise, I know a lot of people who use Paint Tool SAI (but you'll have to either buy that or go sailing on the digital seas to get it).
