      @neuraria The most frustrating thing about Windows is that it dumps so much garbage in the temp folder in AppData and it doesn't clean it up. I had over 40GB of unused files there once.

        @broniebrown I try to make pohotoshop's scratch drive one separate from my system partition usually.

          @tia I could do that. Before that I need to re-install my PC. It has a very large Linux partition and I have to make it smaller next time. When I set up the PC I didn't think that I'll use Windows so often.

            @broniebrown I usually wind up making my Linux partitions too small, but until recently I had little choice. On the other hoof, I haven't been displeased with my decision to split my laptop drive into 2 equal partitions and use one for pony images and other media, leaving my system with roughly 70 GB. It's been enough for light gaming and work software. If I wanted more games I'd need more though.

              @tia Our situation would be better if Windows had a proper EXT2/3/4 (or any other Linux FS) support. I used a tool to read EXT partitions in Windows but it was extremely slow in my opinion.

                @broniebrown Yes. That would make things so much easier. It was a pain working in Windows with the filenames from Ponibooru's 80 GB torrent that I had to download in Linux.
