Is it just me or does season 4 just not have the same feel to it.

figures, i still have faith in season 4 as there are still some good episodes, but im not getting my hopes up.

@lulu True, pinkie seems to be the wild card pony, they just throw her in when she really isn't needed.

@soniclightbolt94 She could still have a part in the episodes that's fun and quirky without being like Eric Matthews from Boy Meets World who got dumber and dumber as time went on.

@snowcone the writers obviously forgot that although pinkie pie may be completely random and hyper, she actually has the smarts to help anypony out when they need it.

@snowcone If that's the case then the writers need to learn it's okay to have a character, even Pinkie, be almost boringly consistent. There's no shame in keeping a good thing the way it was rather than trying to change it for variety.

@lulu or patrick star from spongebob, he once was able to give moral support to spongebob when he was in doubt, now it seems he has a brain cell count of zero.

@lulu I know, if pinkie ever became a total nut job, i'd probably just quit watching mlp all together... well maybe just season 4.

@snowcone seems to happen with most tv shows now a days, it becomes more about the money, and less about the show itself.

@soniclightbolt94 I'd have to compartmentalize all of her parts and substitue something that made sense to me as I usually do in fiction.

@snowcone I've already been caught calling the pink girly toyetic princess the sexiest princess by mushi. I Don't like that Celestia's face time has been cut by the Hasbro toy seller. I could see Celestia being the one Twilight hung out with in Three's Company if it weren't for her.

@snowcone yeah exactly, and since the ideas for the show are running dry the writers seem to be coming up with more crazy and stupid ideas to compensate.
