              @mastertdi You can read the bottles and see if they share any key ingredients to make sure you don't overdose, then you can take them separately. The combination effect is that you cough only when you need to, your coughing still helps clear your chest/throat, and you're not coughing yourself sore.

              @mastertdi If you don't have a sore throat you don't really need the suppressant, and if you have a sore throat but feel you can breath fine you might not need an expectorant. If you're not sure then a doctor will help.
