I've decided that I will try to ask at 1 question every day. I might forget to post on days that I don't have school. Also, am I the only person who thinks Rainbow Dash gets shipped too much? I can't find any rhyme or reason too some. While some are based on their similar or their opposites, some are just... There.

@mushi I know, but most of the time the ship is something that makes sense so its awesome, or makes no sense so its hilarious. What I'm addressing are the fanfics that ship completely randomly like if they shipped Rainbow Dash and the mayor of Ponyville or Filthy Rich and Fluttershy's gardener (I take that second one back that actually sounds hilarious).

@ninjapon3 there's a difference between shipping characters due to misinterpretations of the show thus creating headcanon, and liking the characters and writing a story that justifies the mutual attraction. Having said that, most writers suck and just write their story based on the former
