                @bobthecheesegal A megabyte (MB) is different than a megabit (Mb), which is what Speedtest shows. (1MB == 8Mb)

        @bobthecheesegal You're probably looking at it wrong and/or your download doesn't have any seeds, because at 16kb/s you wouldn't even be able to browse RDN properly.
