      1. @mushi I suppose. I guess he's carrying a gun though. This is Oklahoma. Only rational thought is I need a *bigger* gun.

        1. @xeleanorxrigbyx i've always wondered it it woul dbe legal to spray a Sodium hidroxyde solution on a threat's face. probably you'd get sued by the human rights people

          1. @mushi I guess you could always cry and plead that you didn't know. I feel like if it came down to that or being attacked, someone is getting a face full of chemicals.

            1. @xeleanorxrigbyx yeah, but some chemicals wouldnt melt someone's eyes. but, well, whatever. I've considered leaving one of these in my room, but human rights here are way too stupid. There was once a guy who tried to rob someone's house when the owners were out for a trip. The robber got stuck and had to eat the dog's food to not starve. He sued the family for that.

              2. @mushi I remember that story! Didn't he win? I think there was one here where some guy was trying to break into a house and fell through the sky light and got torn up on the glass. He sued and won because apparently the glass wasn't strong enough and up to code or something.

                1. @xeleanorxrigbyx i dont know if he won that. i hope not, but i wont be surprised if he did. And, well. that is... interesting

                  1. @mushi Apparently it's been twisted a bit, it was actually kids on the roof of a school. http://pny.lv/1kd5

                    1. @xeleanorxrigbyx well, better hten .-. On a somewhat related note, the first project for the german ambassy here was refused because the roof wasnt strong enough to endure 2,3m of snow on it. And, while that happens, the building of my college's campus are sinking in the gorund because no one cared to check if that couls ever happen

                      1. @mushi But think of the dignitaries! I know what you mean. My old high school was a huge hazard. We had sections of the grounds fenced off because the tunnels beneath them were unstable and they were concerned they were going to collapse.

                        1. @xeleanorxrigbyx in my second year in the college, there was a 30 mins strong rain. that rain destroyed a part of the uncerground building of there, but that was more because the building is like 50 years old than poorly projected (though it isnt much well projected either)

                          1. @mushi Only 50 years? I feel like buildings should hold up a bit better than that. :/

                            1. @xeleanorxrigbyx well, the city in which it is is will become 54 in the monday. But yes, it wasnt much well projected. they mae a bow shaped building that is over 1km long and it is aligned with the north-south axis, so it takes as much sunlight as possible during the whole day and it is always real hot

                              1. @mushi Yeesh. I'm sure they were all like "yeah this will save on heating costs!" and then it's less than wonderful.

                                1. @xeleanorxrigbyx well, that was then. Now they method so save costs is to get the engeneering student to make the building for then paying not much more than one more inten in their resume
