        1. @nerthos 4 gb of ddr2 wont be able to do anything as new as minecraft, or a in browser version of mario. that is the main problem. not counting that the cpu and hard drives are probably really slow

          2. @rainbowsdash Hahaha, you're pretty misinformed. 4GB of DDR2, whilst not particularly fast, are more than enough for normal use and for light gaming. Minecraft is the archetype of unoptimized hardware and thus shouldn't be used as an example to measure a machine's capabilities.

    2. @vt3c The latest manufactured DDR2 memories overlapped in speed with DDR3 though, doubling the speed of those in the rig you described.
