@scoot I am saying it looks like pencil on paper rather than MSpaint. I don't think MS paint is bad enough to leave erase marks when you use the eraser.

@techdisk Windows 7 MSPaint does if you don't clean it up fully.

@techdisk Any art program will leave bits if you don't make sure to clean up. The smudge marks in Paint happen for me either because of intentional reasons or I'm "erasing" with the pencil tool in white instead of actually erasing.
