        @rarity have to freeze raw scrambled or raw whites and mix yolks with salt or sugar to prevent congealing. Can freeze cooked yolks plain. Use ice cube tray for easier portioning.

            @rarity Actually if you don't rinse them, the eggs have a layer of dried mucous or something on the shell after being laid that allows you to keep them room temperature, but the fresh eggs aren't what I'm worried about as much as the eggs we have from the store from before our move which I'm worried will go bad faster (rinsed shells 'n all).
