      1. @metaltao I see a lot of things. I see too many things, I probably should have been killed by a govnerment agency for the things I have seen. Hooray for my photographic memory, you will be the death of me :D

    2. @critialcloudkicker XD Naproxen is ALEVE

Sunday, 15-Jun-14 13:15:20 UTC from web
      1. @metaltao Yes, but over the counter Aleve is probably not coming in 500 MG active Naproxen. Over the counter stuff is usually 1 part on 5 cut with Ibuprofen

        1. @critialcloudkicker .... Are you a pharmacist?

Sunday, 15-Jun-14 13:17:54 UTC from web
          1. @metaltao I was practically living in a hospital at one part in my life. I must have read about 3/5th of all the books someone who wants to become a doctor. Also I spend a lot of time around interns on break. If you do not speak their lingo, you have a hard time mingling. Also there was this thing when I was in the army, but I am pretty sure neither ibuprofen nor naproxen/aleve was over the counter availible back in 2002

            1. @critialcloudkicker o-O :3 Any thing you can teach me? Any advice on life? Any tips for being a doctor? Any psychology info?

              1. @metaltao Google is NOT your friend, your own brain and the logic you can muster up to tackle problems. Learn to use cue-cards and carry around a notepad around with you at all times, You would even benefit from learning how to cook eggs without a timer. Practice stitches on eggplants or pigsfeet. Learn the power of ducktape. Learn the poer of cellophane-wrap. ... Most importantly, stress is an inevitable part of life, you need to learn the perfect balance between stress and unstressing and know when to work on "it" ... Forget about "free time", any you get is a bonus, do not count on getting it all the time. And I am pretty sure you'd prefer unstressing to fill up the free time you do get

                  1. @metaltao Ohyea... Do not talk down on people, any people, during work at least ( For all I know you like to be a sexually dominating someone someone in your free time as part of unstressing, in which case both parties want that kind of behaviour ). And do not EVER say things like "FUBAR" "SNAFU" "ID10T" or any funny or non funny deriviations thereof unless refering to youself

                    1. @critialcloudkicker Nope.... I hate being "dominant" I can't hurt people D: And... I love to be humble... Thank you.... I worry that I sound condescending....

Sunday, 15-Jun-14 13:34:36 UTC from web
                      1. @metaltao You sorta must find the balace in life where you do not talk down on people, yet do not drag yourself down in order to do that. Pretty much the ony way I figured out how to do that is to have confidence in everything you say and do. So much confidence that if it were to reflect light, you would blind the room :)

                        1. @critialcloudkicker Like Having a fair and non aggressive argument with anyone who hates and POINT OUT that it is their opinion and that I myself do not oppress or wish to oppress the person in an unfair manner such as pointing out there flaws during a debate? Or praising your enemy when they prove you wrong or put up a good fight? Or Debating to find truth but not right? Hugging and loving your enemy? OOH what about Making any and ALL hatred or differences into a rivalry and NOT a battle? A friendly rivalry to find truth and bth of us are just players? LIke naruto and Sasuke IF YOU NEED AN ANALOGY THAT COMPLETELY BREAKS THE FLOW OF A STORY or kakashi and Might GUy?

                          1. @metaltao Hmm, pretty sure I basically meant "When having a discussion, and you know you are right, do not be smug about it" like when someone proposes something just say "if we do that, wont we run into trouble later because of X ?" Instead of just blurting out "I am worried about X". Although both are still better than starting with "I do not think that is a good idea"

                                  1. @metaltao I almost know nothing about Martin Luther King to be honest. Neither do I know much about Ghandi. But I do follow a bunch of politics, and try to get a feeling on what is happening and what it meant for the world in milestones of world history since the 90's. Most recent milestone, the annexation of Crimea

                                    1. @critialcloudkicker YOU DON'T KNOW GHANDI D: He liberated TWO nations WITHOUT KILLING A SOUL! South Africa and India all in peaceful protest! He used knowledge to help his fellow people to liberate themselves financially! That is why the Indian flag has a Wheel on it! To symbolize the working people of India! (or was it the salt farms?) He delegated with British Ambassadors, freed people, broke the social hierachy (for the most part) AND was the most wise man you would ever meet in this Decade! D: THAT GHANDI!

                                                    1. @silverline Why do you think we are not on the same level ?

Sunday, 15-Jun-14 14:14:14 UTC from web
                                                      1. @critialcloudkicker AS animals? The things I keep as pets? The things I have dominion over? I'm not saying you should go out and start beating puppies or anything, but when it comes down to my kids or my dogs, the choice is obvious. Kids first. Animals are inherently neutral, and as far as the food chain goes... Well, I like steak and chicken.

Sunday, 15-Jun-14 14:20:16 UTC from web
                                                        1. @silverline So your entire logic is based around that we have climbed the food ladder, conquerred it, went up and above the "possible worth" of any non-human for everything which lives on earth. Yea I agree my friend. 1 word "technology" ( maybe science for the things which are not inherently technology but crucial anyway, like antibiotics )

Sunday, 15-Jun-14 14:22:45 UTC from web
                                                          1. @critialcloudkicker actually, for me it comes down to logic. We are capable of emotional logic, critical thinking, belief, conversation, etc... Technology is a moot point for this argument to me. Monkeys use sticks to get into anthills, that's a basic technology. Just because a dog can't use a computer doesn't mean it isn't human. Though, a dog at a computer would be hilarious. Love to see what it searches for on Google...

Sunday, 15-Jun-14 14:29:20 UTC from web
                                                            1. @silverline Logic thinking is the mother of invention. Inventions are either technology or science. So yea, I think we are on the same page about "why we are better than the other life forms on earth we know about". As for "belief" and "conversations. Yea those are inventions. As for "emotional logic" ... Sounds like an oxymoron, and I do not know wht it is

Sunday, 15-Jun-14 14:32:15 UTC from web
                                                              1. @critialcloudkicker I would still eat meat though bro! Although lessoften... AND MORE HUMANELY (I hope it will be in the future, more humane that ids...)

Sunday, 15-Jun-14 14:33:52 UTC from web
                                                                1. @metaltao Eating meat is not so much "an invention". or "technology" or "science". But it is really rock hard "evolution" and "monkey see, monkey do". As for the absurd amount of cattle humanity posesses, and the pollution it causes. Well, I do not agree with THAT.

Sunday, 15-Jun-14 14:36:19 UTC from web

Sunday, 15-Jun-14 14:37:57 UTC from web

Either someone accidentally throwing something into the fire and afterwards trying to eat it, or someone crazy enough to eat an animal which has been cought in a forest fire, or something. Evolution gradually changed our teeth from being long and more canine in apereance to what we have today, because we no longer need big teeth, because we perfected the technology of pots and pans ( and fire )

Sunday, 15-Jun-14 14:40:22 UTC from web

Sunday, 15-Jun-14 14:42:17 UTC from web
