I really like Shiny Toy Guns' music, and Goldfrapp. I need to add on to my music collection.

@scribus I should definitely check out more STG, only really listened to http://youtu.be/KGultrg7l0I so far. Also I know I've listened to *a* Goldfrapp track, but I can't for the life of me recall which.
-
@bitshift hey look a bit shift. Hello bitshift.
-
@bitshift I stumbled upon them on Pandora, and it's really the only place I hear much of them or Goldfrapp, but dang they turn out to be highlights of my "Shiny Daft Pop" channel.
-
@techdisk Hallo! How's you?
-
@scribus Hmm. "Shiny daft pop", that's a pretty good term for it. xD It's a genre that's really under-represented in my library, in any case.
-
@bitshift guuuuuuude
-
@bitshift It was just because I'd seeded with STG, Daft Punk, and Freezepop, but it really does work. :p
-
@scribus *sees daft punk in your comment, immediately interested.*
-
@savorysword You're probably quite above my level on that.
-
@scribus I wonder if we have Pandora over here yet. I know there was some kinda legal roadblock when I looked into it WAY back.
-
@techdisk Hooray! I'm good too. :)
-
@bitshift Heinous.
-
@scribus Very much so.
-
@scribus naw, i just listen and pretend to know how to make music. *shhhhhhh* Tbh im fading in and out of focus...
-
@savorysword @scribus And mine! My current exposure to Daft Punk is more-or-less Random Access Memories + the older tracks that're so famous it'd be hard not to know of them.
-
@scribus you know it brah.
-
@scribus Hardpart
-
@bitshift @savorysword They are up on my top artists on last.fm and I only have the "Tron Legacy" soundtrack. (It's really good sci-fi writing music)
Light likes this. -
@bitshift if you havnt watched interstella 5555 (discovery album) you havnt lived. also check out their 2007 set!
-
@mrdragon Yes! Always!!
-
loveydoe likes this.
-
@mrdragon Have mercy~
-
@scribus @savorysword Ohhhh yeah, I've listened to the T:L soundtrack too. Good stuff! And I'll be sure to check out Interstella 5555 too!
-
@scribus "Dear Pandora Visitor, We are deeply, deeply sorry to say that due to licensing constraints, we can no longer allow access to Pandora for listeners located outside of the U.S., Australia and New Zealand." aw nuts
-
@bitshift This is a job for . . . PROXIES!
-
@bitshift oh hey you
-
@scribus I have a server in the US I could route stuff through. I'm just not sure I want to put that much data through it, especially when I can directly access services that are available here. Just needa find a good one. (Maybe rdio? I think I liked that when I tried it.)
-
@rarity Hey you too! How're you holding up these days?
-
@scribus Oh there's no mercy where we are going~
-
@bitshift Load up proxtube
-
@bitshift pretty decent, just living life, buying things I shouldn't, and spending my time on things that aren't really that beneficial
-
@rarity So about the same as me, then. xD
-
@nerthos Eh.
-
@bitshift hell yeah! You should watch Jojo if you haven't
-
@bitshift It's an extension that tries to load through an US proxy if the video fais to load
-
@rarity I've watched like... 3 episodes of Phantom Blood? I should really get back to that, because I definitely enjoyed them. Plus each one I watch brings me one episode closer to Stardust Crusaders, which I hear is bananas in all the right ways.
-
@bitshift the whole thing is banananananas. Phantom Blood is honestly kind of not a good Part 1 in a way, since it's stylistically so different from other Jojo's. But I mean, it's a crucial piece of world building
-
@nerthos That might be pretty useful in general, but "eh" to using it for music. I don't really wanna use videos just to listen to their audio unless they're only available in that form. xD
-
@bitshift Oh, yeah, there's always places like goear if what you want is to listen to music
-
@rarity Plus it has the interfering Speedwagon.
-
@nerthos I can't say I've ever heard of that one o.o Looking it up now.
-
@bitshift SUPIDOWAGON-SAN
-
@bitshift It's been around for a few years. There are a couple alternatives but I can't remember names right now since I'm not a big music guy.
