    Breaking Bad was one of those programmes I enjoyed throughout, even towards the end, which didn't feel rushed, actually just in place with how I imagined it going.

      @version2 There was never a bad episode. Even the filler episodes made on a quarter of the budget were better than, like, the entire last four seasons of Dexter.

        @mastertdi I'll be honest saying that Dexter's last season disappointed me greatly. The villain seemed like he was more... stereotypical than anything.

          @version2 Season 8 wasn't even the worst. Season 5 was like a Season 2 rehash, then season 7 was a season 5 rehash, then season 8 was a season 7 rehash

              @version2 His story could not be beaten. Season 4 was the pinnacle and in hindsight it was foolish of them to continue from that point.

      @ellie Pacing; most writers probably don't have an idea how long the programme will last and either pace things too fast at points or too slow. Breaking Bad... it seems like they knew just how to go, and where.
