  1. I can't decide which feat I should choose for my wizard at level 16. Skill focus arcana (+3 arcana), rolling twice for initiative (keep higher value), extra encounter attack power, expanded spellbook (more attack and utility powers to choose from after an extended rest), or an extra skill utility power.

      1. @xeleanorxrigbyx Dungeons and Dragons 4th edition. I play a human mage enchanter/illusionist. His theme is scholar and his paragon path is enigmatic mage.

        1. @broniebrown Dang, I haven't messed about in 4th ed enough. Do you cast any buffs? I could see the initiative roll being handy for that. I think I would be somewhere between the extended spell book or extra encounter attack. But then again I've only played 4th a handful of times. I know it's a bit more structured than 3.5

          1. @xeleanorxrigbyx I have a lot of debuffs. This is my current custom-made character sheet. http://imgur.com/a/T2OsR Temporarily I chose rolling twice for initiative. I'll stick with that if I cannot really decide for the other options. I already got most powers that give me the most benifits but it would be nice to have some more utility powers because the wizard utilities rock.

            1. @broniebrown Oh it's so fancy! And you do seem to have a ton of powers which is pretty awesome. Then again most of the groups I've been in collapse by level 5. -_-

              1. @xeleanorxrigbyx I know that underpowered feeling. We played a few weeks ago a one-shot adventure because some players were missing and we had to create new characters at level 5. It was fun nonetheless. I played a revenant fighter (warforged soul) with +9 on death saving throws and he could still attack with below zero hit points. He was unkillable.

                1. @broniebrown It's Iron Man!

                  1. @xeleanorxrigbyx Well... he was a robot soul in a rotting flesh body. He was the pimp and enjoyed all fleshly desires (drinking, gambling, fighting, and snu snu). He never said no to anything because everything was a new and exciting experience he wanted to try out.

                    1. @broniebrown So just like the picture I found but more of a vampire zombie. Neat!

                      1. @xeleanorxrigbyx Pretty much yeah. They are very charismatic undeads.

                        1. @broniebrown Man, now I really need to find a group again. Changeling Druid is where it's at (in 3.5 anyway). Shapeshifting for days.

                          1. @xeleanorxrigbyx We have a changeling sorcerer spy. Every time the player isn't available we are pretty much screwed. The changeling has maxed out the bluff skill so it can even fool the gods by now.

                            1. @broniebrown It's seriously the best, especially from an RP standpoint. Bluff is awesome.

                              1. @xeleanorxrigbyx I agree. Diplomacy and intimidate are utterly useless in comparison.
