      1. @critialcloudkicker how would money make me animate faster

        1. @zeldatra I recently came across this thing on the internet http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=_zSxQnZ3TM8 , and I said to myself. Well gee, I am a Games Workshop fan, I like orks, and space marines, and Tao, and GorkaMorka. Sadly they seem to be making absolutely dreadful desisions as of late, kind of like that GW in that video ( which is not remotely affiliated with Games Workshop in any way, read the disclaimer ) ... Anyway, at one point they are prodding a nerd with a cattle-prod saying he should work faster on the codex... Pretty sure he would work faster if they threw money at him instead of poking him with a cattle-prod. Not sure though, it might, I am willing to experiment on this. But if you prefer, I think I have a cattle prod somewhere

          1. @critialcloudkicker I mean sure it would be a motivator but a) why would you want to throw money at me to make a cartoon that frankly I don't think anyone here cares about, and b) I don't think anyone wants to throw enough money at me to buy the tool that really would speed things up.

            1. @zeldatra Hmmyeah. I like your stuff, but that is not really how most people work when they wanna throw money at something. Nah, I was thinking more along the lines of working for comissions.

              1. @critialcloudkicker Nowadays not a day goes by that I don't think about opening commissions, but there's one problem that comes with that. Skill. Basic economics states that I'm going to have to be able to beat out the competition, and unfortunately that's just not something I'm going to be able to do. Not with my current skill level. People will be asking for their money back in no time.

                1. @zeldatra Do you know Ranbo Das and Inkie Ie ? ( as a matter of fact, where in the name of Opulence Charity are the updates ? I need my fix ! ) ... I'd pay that person for a proper T-shirt, I like the art, I like the sillyness. No need to be "good" in the traditional sense, I think.

                  1. @critialcloudkicker Of course I know Ranbow Das, I don't think there's a single regular on RDN who isn't following that blog.

                    1. @zeldatra The fact was more that I'd but his stuff if I could. And it is also not "good" in the "traditional" sense

                      1. @critialcloudkicker That's different.

                        1. @zeldatra And that is what makes it great

                          1. @critialcloudkicker No, I mean the fact that Inkie Ie isn't a high-quality work of art is different. It's like that on purpose. That's the style. I'm not a bad artist on purpose.

                            1. @zeldatra I'd never even dream about calling anyone who can do something better than me bad, that said. There could be a purposeful ( bad or no ) style out there that fit your thumbs and immagination just right.
