@zeldatra I thought it started Harley Quinn 5 guys 5 burgers and fries. And that is was basically about game creators and game journalists working together, eventually becoming friends with one another, and pretty much undermining the trustworthyness of the broad spectrum of game-journalism.

@mrmattimation I never cared much for the Quinn side of the story. I mean Captain Obvious and Captain Hindsight would have a field day poiting out what she did wrong. And in a time like this where there had to be words invented for what we now call Doxxing and Swatting. Yea, not surprised. What I cared about was the integrity of broad spectrum game journalism, which to be honest, has been a pretty shaky ground since around the time game magazines started to dissapear. ... As far as the whole mysoginy goes, It is too much of a pitfall methinks. I just want it all to be over and just have good games, and none of that "QQ I want a female protagonist instead of a male one" bullfeces, there is no way that the average consumer is going to benefit from a rushed multi-gender development cycle ( just the prenouns in the voice-clips about doubles the workload ). I think the artists should be free to invision what they want to make, and not be hold back by what is trending or politically-corect

@critialcloudkicker @mrmattimation I could be wrong on this. But I'm pretty sure any and all mysoginy roots to #gamergate can be traced back to the first person who played the race card. And seen as Quinn has been Doxxed, yea you do not need to be a rocket-scientist to jump to that conclusion

@critialcloudkicker Yeah. No. Gamergate was absolutely just a bunch of gamers being sexist and/or jumping on the bandwagon because they didn't quite know what was going on.

@mrmattimation Well, that is something I have not considdered even. Hmm. Well if I ever feel the need to depress myself on this subject again I should keep this in mind ( still, I guess that is bottled up mysoginy/misandry... or otherwise superiority complex )
