    1. @mrmattimation The shading one has more depth to it, but you probably want to work with the contours of the face ( right now the one with the shadeing looks like the light source is moving )

        1. @mrmattimation *takes old picture and new one* Yea, pretty much. Now shadows are always a hard thing to get right ( source : the art-classes working with charcoal back in 2003 ). So I have to ask, is the head supposed to be round without a chin ? If yes, and the shadow looks the same as the old picture if the head looks to the left. It'd be awesome

          1. @critialcloudkicker Yes, I've been developing a certain style for this series and one of the little quirks is that everyone's head is a perfect circle. The only time it isn't is if the character is being scene from the side, which it rarely ever is. The only character who has an actual chin which actually moves realistically as they talk is Discord.
