@scribus It might be an international thing. There was some fog this morning and everyone decided to drive at 10 miles an hour. After all, anyone travelling at normal speeds will have plenty of time to react.

@ceruleanspark On the other end of the spectrum, one foggy day I was stopped at a red light and was nearly rear-ended by someone doing an easy 10~15 over the posted clear-weather speed limit. She wailed on the horn because how dare I?
