      @redenchilada I have beaten all three of the first Spyro games, and it is no lie when I tell you that they are PROGRESSIVELY HARDER AS YOU GO. GOD, I lament the third one.

        @clayinthecarpet They're not any harder than each other, honestly. They just have more content as you go. If anything I'd say the first one is more difficult to play because the controls are a lot looser and demand better play, and also because you never get gem-locating capabilities if you miss one somewhere dumb.
