@thelastgherkin Hey man, I've had to deal with mistaken DMCA notices before. I've even had to deal with real ones. It's not difficult. This whole thing with Tumblr is a minor inconvenience, at most.

@mrmattimation Having your account completely deleted by an automated process for posting like fifteen seconds of a song sounds like more than a minor inconvenience - especially when the root cause is Yahoo changing tumblr to allow users to download audio posts, which they could have just... not done in the first place.

@thelastgherkin I mean, maybe I'm just not seeing the severity because I've always been incredibly wary of copyrighted music in any form, but people are getting way more grapeed off about it than they should be.
