     @sonicfan456 If a clock is stopped at 8:00 AM it is still right until it turns 8:01 AM. It is also right when it turns 8:00 PM but only if it is an analog clock.

     @sonicfan456 It is also right the next day at 8:00 AM and 8:00 PM therefore a stopped clock is right two times a day.
