    I bought some Star Wars (2015, Marvel) comics and I noticed how different the paper quality in comparison to IDW, Dark Horse, Boom Studios and Titan Comics is. The paper from Marvel is a lot thinner and less glossier than I've expected. It's not bad but I prefer the thick paper from IDW from a haptic perspective.

      @adiwan Yeah man. I treat my Spider-Man 2099 comic so delicately because it's like newsprint or something. I genuinely don't think Marvel Comics has changed their print format since World War II.

        @mrmattimation It's not that bad, I guess. But I can understand why ultra serious comic collectors pack them in high quality protection bags and put them with very sturdy backing board.
