      1. @northernnarwhal A blight upon the world.

        1. @nerthos That kind of behavior is wretched and childish. I'm proud that they were able to protect the church.

          1. @northernnarwhal Yeah... you can't really destroy a church here unless you sneak in, thankfully. If it's obvious someone intends to, there are enough faithful to protect it.

    2. @nerthos ( @zazie feel free to delete if it has too much bad content, I didn't actually watch the video)

      1. @nerthos Only deleted because there was nudity

        1. @zazie Good enough. Keep up the good work.

    3. @northernnarwhal As you know, I'm of the idea that people can have any belief as long as they don't bother others with it. Plus the Catholic church over here has generally been a good thing. Whilst of course there are a few rotten individuals like anywhere, they're responsible for an incredible number of acts of charity, and they run lots of shelters and feeding places. As for the angry feminists? Like any criminal they belong in forced labour.

    4. @northernnarwhal They're the stupid "blame everything on the last military dictatorship" mindless vermin that plagues this country lately.

Sunday, 29-Mar-15 08:44:24 UTC from web
    5. @northernnarwhal No one with that train of thought actually cares about solving anything

Sunday, 29-Mar-15 08:47:52 UTC from web
    6. @northernnarwhal Under the current government, the police does WAY too little.

Sunday, 29-Mar-15 08:54:05 UTC from web
    7. @northernnarwhal They sometimes aren't allowed. If you look at the green cloths the criminals carry near the start of the video, you'll notice they have a symbol of a white tied handkerchief, old woman style. That's the symbol of a few political militant movements allied to the government.

      1. @nerthos That's terrible. Argentina's government is messed up.

        1. @northernnarwhal Well, they're likely going away this year one way or the other. Sadly people are stupid, and for some reason idiots are allowed to vote. They know nothing about politics and thus don't realize obvious signs of upcoming corruption.

Sunday, 29-Mar-15 09:01:31 UTC from web
          1. @nerthos It doesn't help when politicians themselves have silver tongues and manipulate masses of idiots to vote for them

Sunday, 29-Mar-15 09:02:25 UTC from web
            1. @northernnarwhal Hahaha, you'd think that, and yet the current head of state and her close followers ooze gross vulgarity. You have to be an actual idiot to buy into anything they say.

              1. @nerthos My best friend is Venezuelan and he says the same thing about the politicians there

Sunday, 29-Mar-15 09:07:57 UTC from web
                1. @northernnarwhal Well, Chavez and the Kirchners were always allies. Venezuelan oil money illegally went into some of the election campaigns over here. They're both ridiculous, toxic, criminal populist regimes.

                  1. @nerthos @northernnarwhal The main difference is that culturally, people tend to be slightly more sly over here, so the government wasn't ever allowed the level of power they were allowed in Venezuela.

                    1. @nerthos Yeah, my friend's family just left Venezuela for good because of how bad it was getting. Chavez was super corrupt.

                      1. @northernnarwhal Well, at least they're out. Hopefully they can go back in a few years. Chavez was a dictionary definition of despot, and Maduro is just a joke. A very evil joke.

                        1. @nerthos I know my friend doesn't have any personal plans on going back. Currently he's planning on going to college for animation and then working in an animation studio here in Canada. He actually got his full citizenship in late 2014.

                          1. @northernnarwhal Oh, if he left young, having grown up under that regime, then he likely won't want to go back. His parents will likely long for their homeland eventually though.

Sunday, 29-Mar-15 09:22:01 UTC from web
                            1. @nerthos Yeah, he got here when he was around 14 so he doesn't really have any desire to go home. He'll always tell me stories of what it was like there but he's definitely much happier here. Though I'm sure if there's ever a time where his parents could move back there and would want to move back there by that point my friend would be old enough that he'd be living on his own anyway.

                              1. @northernnarwhal Yeah, he's young enough that he'll want to stay. Likely no memories of good times there.
